The STEPS project aims to empower teachers, educators, and teaching professionals with knowledge and innovative educational approaches to help reduce early school leaving rates. By addressing this critical issue in Europe, the project fosters the exchange of good practices and the development of new strategies to enhance participants’ competencies. Ultimately, STEPS seeks to equip educators with the tools needed to deliver high-quality, inclusive education that supports student retention and success.
Objectives
The STEPS project aims to:
- Increase Awareness – Raise awareness about the issue of Early School Leaving (ESL) and its long-term consequences.
- Develop Sustainable Solutions – Propose long-lasting and effective strategies to address ESL.
- Empower Educators – Train teachers and educators to implement these strategies, enabling them to create a supportive school environment and positively influence students’ educational success.
